By agreeing to terms at checkout you are verifying that you are the cardholder and have read and understand the posted legal policy, shipping policy, terms and conditions of all sites owned by Anvente Enterprises llc.
1. All sales are final so no returns are accepted unless previous approval is secured prior to placing your order. If an exception is made prior to your shipment, you will receive approval in an email by one of our order dept personal with return instructions on what steps to take in the event that you do want to return the product. Anvente Enterprises llc reserves the right to deny return of any product and to charge restocking fees dependant on the returned item. Any attempt to return without previous written approval will result in loss of your product and payment. Contact us by using your approval email within 24 hours of receipt of your merchandise. Shipping, handling fees and rush fees are never refunded. Customer is always responsible for returning the product and the freight costs that are associated with the authorized return. Anvente Enterprises llc reserves the right to charge "true" freight and handling fees on any return. Any additional freight or other fees that was initially included in product price for promotional purposes will be billed to the customer on any authorized return.
We offer instore credits only - no exceptions! Upon receipt of your product, our r&d dept will inspect items to insure they are in the original packaging, not been used, are complete and are not broken. Once the item passes inspection you will receive an email with the amount of your credit and a code to use on our site with your next purchase. This is a one time code for the approved amount and will need to be used at one time for products located on www.anvente.com only. Please allow 3-5 working days for inspection once the item is received at our warehouse. Inspections my take longer if items are being returned to one of our importers.
2. Any refusal of product does not release you from payment liability unless you secure written permission by our order department. If an order is refused without written permission from Anvente Enterprises llc, you will be held liable for the total order amount and you will be charged for additional freight fees for the return trip of the original place of shipping.
3. Orders cannot be canceled once payment is made in most cases. If your order can be caught before special ordering, design work or packaging has occurred a $10.00 cancellation fee plus 3.85% of your total will be deducted from money returned to cover costs.
Please Note: We ship product from all over the country and most of our importers hold us to the same "all sales are final" conditions. In some cases if we stipulate at the beginning of the order with our importers they may or may not ship on the premise that product could be returned and will charge a restocking fee that will be passed on to our clients. Any concerns regarding this policy or the product being ordered must be discussed with us prior to ordering for possible exceptions if the product is located at our warehouse. Any exceptions made must be in advance of your order and exceptions for a particular shipment will be sent to you in writing via email from management. You will be asked to submit the email back to us as proof you discussed this in advance and the return is pre-approved.
Damaged Product: All Products are shipped FOB our locations. If there was a damage problem with your order - you must accept product and email accounting@anvente.com within 36 hours of receipt. We will help you submit a claim to UPS if you need assistance. Do not allow UPS to take the package - no matter what the driver says as it will hold up any replacement shipment and claim. Anvente Enterprises llc will not be responsible if you allow the product to go back to one of our importers because than you will not be able to file a claim to receive money back. You must be able to prove damage by keeping the product in your possession. You will be reimbursed all freight money plus damage product money with a check directly from UPS. Some of our importers may choose to handle damage differently and you will be notified when you call of any steps that need to be taken. Please Note: Styrofoam is fragile, but usually repairable and due to problems with shipping of this product and uninsurable status with UPS this product is only shipped at customers risk. We ask for an email because it does take time to get be able to get facts together to help file a claim. Since some items are not shipped from our location we need time to put everything in place to help you efficiently. Please make sure to give us all information we need to find your order, tracking numbers etc. Please also give details on what is broken in your shipment.
Color Match Problem: Anvente Enterprises LLC is not responsible for customers that choose to match colors by our online pictures and no refunds will be given. Browsers show colors differently, dye lots can change and it is impossible to control colors of any item without viewing a sample of the customer's color or knowing the parameters a customer will accept. We offer a free color match service by sending us a sample of your color and acceptable parameters in writing only. Please contact our order department for more details at order@anvente.com
Product Not Delivered By Customers Timeline: We fill orders or contact you with problems that is dependant on how customers fill out dates at checkout. Anvente Enterprises llc will not be held responsible or accept returns for items that did not make customers delivery date because of customer not furnishing us with the correct date or because the customer did not choose rush shipping to insure items arrive in a timely fashion. There are at least 3 places warning you of the importance to give us a date in our checkout procedures. Returns will not be accepted because of customers not furnishing us with date needed - No exceptions!
Wrong Product Shipped: We triple check orders before they ship but if there is ever a problem please email at accounting@anvente.com within 24 hours and we will work with you to fix the problem immediately! We ask for an email so we can find out what happened and contact you with facts and what we are going to do to fix the problem. We need to be able to work with all departments or contact whoever shipped the product if your items were a drop shipment. It is much faster and less stressful for you if we can get those answers before contacting you.
Glass Items: All larger and shaped glass items are hand blown and all dimensions can vary with the beauty of hand blown glass. Not perfect matches, some flaws to be expected but the elegance of this glass will shine through at any event. We match items for large orders being shipped to the same customer as closely as possible, but we do not guarantee exact matches. All glass is shipped according to UPS standards of packaging and will be insured at our cost. If a problem occurs with your glass shipment please accept the package and contact accounting@anvente.com within 24 hours so we can assist you in filing a claim with UPS for reimbursement of your broken item. We ask for an email because it does take time to get be able to get facts together to help file a claim.
