By agreeing to terms at checkout you are verifying that you are the cardholder

Typographical Errors - TL Lehmann llc is not responsible for typographical error or
omissions relating to pricing, copy, photography or application
of the product.
Many items on this site are sold "AS IS" and are not returnable! Please see more information below in the return section on this page.
Cancellations:
In most cases, orders cannot be canceled once submitted. If your
order can be stopped before special ordering, design work or
packaging has occurred a $10.00 cancellation fee plus 3.85% of your
total will be deducted from money returned to cover costs.
Color Match Problems: TL Lehmann LLC is not responsible
for customers that choose to match colors by our online pictures
and no refunds will be given.
Browsers show colors differently, dye lots can change and it is
impossible to control colors of any item. When it is imperative to match no one should depend on any online store to purchase your items.
Damaged Product: All Products are shipped FOB our
locations. If there was a damage problem with
your order - please fill out our online store within 36 hours supplying us all information we will need to find your order and information on the damage received in shipping. Some of our importers may choose to handle
damage differently or have a different receiving location and you will be notified of addresses and additional information by return email. Never try and send a package back to shipping address without contacting us for a RMA number - any attempt to bypass this could cause problems with our suppliers and possible lost packages.
Fees and Procedures: Shipping,
handling fees and rush fees are never refunded. Products shipped back are at customers expense unless previous approval was issued by contacting order@anvente.com.
Wrong Product Shipped: We request that our suppliers carefully check orders before they ship but if
there is ever a problem please fill out our online form
within 36 hours and we will work with you to fix the problem
immediately! We monitor our emails after business hours and on the weekends when we are normally closed so this is the best way to contact us. TL Lehmann llc reserves the
right to issue a credit on a product in lieu of replacement.
Large Quantities: If you will be ordering large quantities of an item but not sure of the product you are ordering, we request that you order a sample prior to placing your order. Please note: that large quantity orders are not returnable - NO EXCEPTIONS without contacting us prior to placing your order!
Glass Items: All larger and shaped glass items are hand
blown and all dimensions can vary with the beauty of hand
blown glass. Not perfect matches, some flaws to be expected
but the elegance of this glass will shine through at any
event. We match items for large orders being shipped to the
same customer as closely as possible, but we do not
guarantee exact matches. Glass items are always shipped at customer risk!
Product Not Delivered By Customers Timeline: We
fill orders or contact our clients with problems that is dependent
on how dates are filled out at checkout. TL Lehmann llc
will not be held responsible or accept returns for items
that did not make customers delivery date because of
customer not furnishing us with the correct date or because
the customer did not choose rush shipping to insure items
arrive in a timely fashion. Returns will not be accepted because
of customers not furnishing us with date needed - No
exceptions!
Refusal of Shipments: Any
refusal of product does not release you from payment
liability unless you secure written permission by our order
department prior to the refusal. If an order is refused without written permission
from TL Lehmann, you will be held liable for the
total order amount and you will be charged for additional
freight fees for the return trip of the original place of
shipping.
TL Lehmann llc ships product from many locations, importers and
manufacturers that do not always allow returns and for many items we are held to the "all
sales are final" conditions that we must pass onto our clients.
In some cases if we stipulate at the beginning of the order with
our importers they may ship on the premise that product could be
returned but will charge a restocking fee that will be passed on
to our clients.
Many of our product pages will state that because of seasonal, fragile, closeouts or other reasons, an item is not returnable. Please make sure that you are aware of these item issues PRIOR TO ORDERING!
Any attempt to return
without an RMA number could result in loss of your
product and payment.
The following return procedures have been implemented:
1. All returns must have a RMA number issued by TL Lehmann and must be notified by filling out the "Request for Return" form located on our site under the returns link. Any attempt to contact our suppliers or manufacturers is strictly
2. TL Lehmann must be notified within 36 hours of a problem and request for return. Please check your package immediately upon arrival or have a delegate do it for you. NO EXCEPTIONS!
3. Be prepared to ship your return to alternate shipping addresses instead of where it originated. Our suppliers will not always accept returns from the same address it was shipped from or without prior knowledge to its arrival back to them. They will either refuse or destroy without opening the package.
4. Upon receipt of your product, our supplier will inspect items to insure they are in the original
packaging, not opened or used, are complete and are not broken. Please allow 5-7
working days for inspection once the item is received.
6. All items carry a 25% restocking fee and all shipping charges some of which may be waived by excepting a store credit. Customers are always responsible for returning the product safely and the freight
costs that are associated with the authorized return. TL
Lehmann reserves the right to charge "true" freight and
handling fees on any return. Any additional freight or
other fees that was initially included in product price for
promotional purposes will be billed to the customer on any
authorized return.
7. We offer in store credits only - unless previously discussed prior to ordering the product!
